Cancellation, Transfer & Credit Policy
At Exhibits Events, we are committed to delivering high-quality conferences, trainings, exhibitions, and professional events. Due to the nature of our services, all registrations, sponsorships, exhibition bookings, and training fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. Event Transfer Option
If a registered participant is unable to attend an event, they may:
● Transfer their registration to another eligible event organized by Exhibits Events within the next 12 months, subject to availability.
● Nominate a substitute attendee from the same organization at no additional charge, provided written notice is received at least 7 days prior to the event.
Event Credits:
In lieu of a refund, participants may request a credit note equal to the amount paid, which can be applied toward a future Exhibits Events conference, training program, or exhibition within 12 months from the original event date.
Event Cancellation by Exhibits Events
If an event is cancelled by Exhibits Events, participants will be offered either:
● A full credit toward a future event; or
● A transfer to a rescheduled date or alternative event.
Force Majeure:
Exhibits Events shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, modification, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, event credits or transfers may be offered at the company’s discretion.
